Benarkah Chocolate menggemukkan ?



                                                        Assalamualaikum ... ;)


Haii Haii :D hurm sekarang nie kalau diperhatikan tiap2 hari hujan kan ? Alhamdulillah , hujan rahmat :) Cuma biasalah , memang bulan 11 , 12 kan musim tengkujuh . So perkara biasalah banjir sana sini . Cuma satu je persolan , kenapa Barat pun kena ? tapi diorang lagi hebat, Taufan Sandy lagii :3 Mungkin ada sebabnya ALLAH turunkan ujian macam tu , Apa2 pun ,sama2 kita doakan agar keselamatan penuntut2 Malaysia di New York dilindungi dari bencana tu termasuk rakyat lain juga tak kira kat mana jua :D


Dan lagi satu , fenomena biasa bila hujan, automatik perut kita akan lapar kan ? setuju ? haha , maybe ada yang tak setuju tuu memang jenis kurang makan hihi . Btw , bila lapar of course nak capai makanan kan . tak kesahla ape2 asalkan boleh dimakan , n sedap hihi . so antaranya CHOCOLATE or nama saintifik Melayu dia Coklat haha . Coklat ade banyak jenis antaranya :-

itu antaranya lah , malas nak letak banyak2  kejap lagi terliur , mana nak cari Coklat malam2 nie . 7E jauh huhu . Bagi aku colat sangat sedap , bole buat aku happy . As you know , Coklat dapat meningkatkan hormon Dopamin dalam badan kita yang boleh membuatkan seseorang tu happy :) Bila kita makan coklat , kadar gula dalam darah menjadi stabil dan hormon Dopamin pula meningkat n hasilnya kita Happy ! >.< Selain tu jugak Coklat juga dapat kembalikan mood dan menambah stamina . Woah banyak kan kelebihan makan coklat nie !


Tapi kan , dari kecil lagi kita disogok dengan statement macam nie . " Adik , tak baik makan coklat , nanti adik gemuk " . Yess betul kita akan gemuk , TAPI itupun kalau kita pi makan Coklat tiap2 hari . Tak lekang coklat kat tangan sepanjang masa . Usahkan coklat , apa2 makanan pun kalau kita terlalu makan , kita akan jadi gemuk kan3 ? Natijahnya , sederhana okayy my dear :) 

Kalau nak kekalkan berat badan , even kita nie gila coklat macam aku ,  boleh jee yang penting makan coklat secara sederhana n diiringi senaman kardiovaskular . Ini rahsia tau nak kekalkan berat badan yang sihat :) Even , pesakit Diabetes pun boleh makan Coklat tau ! ini berdasarkan nasihat pakar pemakanan masing2 .

dan ! ada juga mitos yang mengatakan Coklat punca jerawat . Haa yang nie kaum hawa sensitif sangat :3 haha . Ini sama sekali TIDAK BENAR ! jerawat tu sebenarnye berpunca daripada amalan pemakanan yang kurang baik , perubahan hormon ketika baligh , ditambah pengambilan makanan kurang zink dan banyak iodin !



Kesimpulannya , Chocolate tak bersalah ! haha so boleh la aku teruskan tabiat akuu :3 haha tapi Ingat ! mesti sederhana okayy . Sampai sini saja , assalamualaikum :)



amalkan coklat untuk gaya hidup lebih sihat yeah ! >.<
